Tripleplay is a leading specialist provider of IPTV, video streaming and digital signage software. An opportunity has now arisen for a Technical Services Engineer to join our team in Orlando.

As a Technical Services Engineer, you will be responsible for providing system deployment services and post deployment support to our client’s customers.

Specifically, you will assist customers with deploying the Tripleplay system and providing commissioning services. Additional requirements can include assisting sales support by providing technical input into proposals and customer demonstrations also supporting colleagues at trade shows.

As part of your role, you will be required to undertake travel to both customer and reseller sites throughout the US.

To be considered, you would ideally have:

Networking to a Cisco CCNA level
Linux command line, comfortable with BASH, SSH/SCP
LAMP/ LEMP stack understanding and knowledge. Modifying configuration of individual elements
HTML/ CSS – comfortable with XML/XSLT and web page theming.
Ideally experienced with WordPress/Joomla or similar tools

You must have a strong attention to detail with an articulate and interpersonal approach. Collaborative and team-oriented, you must have good problem-solving skills, a keen customer focus and be flexible in your approach. You also need to be self-motivated to improve and learn new technologies.

Experience of IPTV and video streaming systems would be advantageous to your application.
